Hereinafter called the “Exhibitor”, sets forth the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor’s participation in The Green Dream Showcase 2011, to be held at the Beachwood Community Center at 25325 Fairmount Boulevard in Beachwood, Ohio, on Friday, April 20, 2011, from 1:00 - 7:00 PM. In consideration of the premises, the agreements contained herein and other good valuable consideration, the parties do hereby agree as follows:

(1) The Green Dream has been granted the right to the use of certain space at the Beachwood Community Center to hold the show. The Green Dream hereby sublicenses to the Exhibitor the right to use the space at the Show for the purpose of displaying and demonstrating the Exhibitor’s product(s) and/or service(s). (2) The space location and size to be used by the Exhibitor is at the Beachwood Community Center (the exact location which shall be determined by The Green Dream) (3) The Exhibitor shall pay The Green Dream for the use of such a space a sum payable on the signing of the contract. Pay by check or Paypal by logging on to www.thegreendream.org. All amounts are non-refundable. The Green Dream reserves the right to not accept an Exhibitor’s reservation and agreement for exhibit space and sponsorship at The Green Dream Show (a refund would be given if this right is exercised). (4) This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and no other agreement will be recognized as binding upon either party. Exhibitor may not assign its interest under the agreement without the prior written consent of The Green Dream. (5) The Green Dream shall not in any manner or for any cause be liable or responsible to the Exhibitor for an injury or damage to him/her or their employees or their goods or other property brought upon the premises where the show is held and any and all claims for such injury or damages are hereby waived. (6) Exhibitor agrees to comply and abide by all the aforementioned elements, schedule, check-in, set-up, displays, tear down, etc. detailed in the “Exhibitor Guideline”.
